Why we built it
Most families coordinate a parent's care over group texts, forwarded screenshots, and a shared Gmail password nobody remembers. When the cardiologist changes a medication, only one sibling knows. When the EOB arrives, nobody disputes it in time. LovedOne replaces that with one address and a shared inbox — the same pattern Salesforce has used for a decade, applied to care.
How it works
You create a loved one, get an address like [email protected], and give it to every provider. Every inbound message is parsed, summarized by AI, classified (appointment, pharmacy, billing, discharge), and shown to every invited family member. Comment in-thread, assign tasks, and keep a clean record.
