1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of LovedOne ("LovedOne," the "Service"), operated by Terahertz Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LovedOne provides a private @lovedone.app email address per loved one and a shared family inbox. Members you invite can view messages, comment, and assign tasks. LovedOne also includes optional AI summaries and classifications. LovedOne is an informational and coordination tool — it does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. User Content & Inbox Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content or directing email to your loved one's inbox, you grant Terahertz Inc. a license to store and display it to invited family members. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, spam, or harassing content, or content that facilitates fraud or elder abuse.

6. Family Inbox

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before directing a loved one's communications to LovedOne and before inviting others to the inbox. Only use addresses you have permission to share.

7. No Professional Advice

Information provided by LovedOne is for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or insurance advice. Always consult a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

The LovedOne name, logo, design, and all original content created by Terahertz Inc. are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Third-Party Links

LovedOne may contain links to third-party sites not owned or controlled by Terahertz Inc. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERAHERTZ INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terahertz Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, exclusive jurisdiction in Chesapeake, Virginia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
