Account Information — When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and password. If you sign in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google), we receive your basic profile information from that provider.

Usage Data — We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URL.

Family Inbox Content — Messages sent to your loved one's @lovedone.app address, including attachments, are stored to provide the shared family inbox. Access is limited to members you invite.

Cookies and Tracking — We use cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Create and manage your account and family inbox
• Deliver your loved one's messages to invited family members

• Service Providers: Hosting (Vercel), analytics, email delivery (Resend), subject to confidentiality.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Cloud Platform (Firebase / Firestore) in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
