Add LovedOne to Claude. Two minutes.
LovedOne is built to be run from a conversation. Connect it once, then ask Claude to set up your parent's inbox, invite your siblings, and tell you what arrived. The website stays there when you want a screen; you may rarely need it.
Create your LovedOne account.
Open inbox.lovedone.app/onboarding and sign in with Google or your email. This is your account — the family member running point. Your loved one never needs an account, a password, or a new app. Already have an account? Skip to step 2.
Add the LovedOne connector in Claude.
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. Paste this URL:
https://api.lovedone.app/mcp/v1
Claude sends you to LovedOne to approve access. The consent screen says in plain English what Claude will be able to do: read your family's inbox and loved-one list, and — only when you ask — invite members, create provider codes, and send replies. Approve, and you're back in Claude.
“Set up a LovedOne inbox for my mom.”
Claude asks for her first and last name, how you're related, and one sentence confirming you're authorized to coordinate her care correspondence. That confirmation is recorded on her record — who said it, when, and on what basis. Then Claude creates her inbox and leads with the address:
Give that address to her doctors, pharmacy, insurer, and care agency as her contact email. From then on you can ask Claude things like:
- “What arrived for Mom this week?”
- “Invite my sister Maya as a coordinator.”
- “Reply to the cardiology office confirming Tuesday.”
- “Where do we stand?” — Claude reads your household dashboard.
Not a Claude user? The same connector works in any MCP-capable assistant, and the full setup is also available on the web in seven steps. Technical details for other clients and API keys: inbox.lovedone.app/agents.
Ready?
Two minutes from now Claude can run the inbox with you.
